We acknowledge the importance of being photo ready 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony. Please initial below.

*We normally start taking pictures a couple of hours before the ceremony. To get the most out of your pre-ceremony photo session, please be sure to have your hair and makeup done and are ready to dress 2.5 hours before the ceremony so we can begin taking pictures.

**Groom also needs to be on location 2.5 hours before the ceremony (not necessarily dressed).

***If you are taking pictures with the bridesmaids wearing T-shirts or robes, they too must be ready to take those pictures just prior to the picture start time.
If you’re not taking pictures of the bridesmaids before they get dressed, please make sure your bridesmaids are also ready 2.5 hours before the ceremony with hair and makeup, and ready to dress.
